I have had some hardcore bruises in the past months since I posted. I seem to get a lot of bruises on my thighs and legs below the knee cap. We got a new table in the kitchen and it has these extra wood pieces that our old table didn't have and if one stands up too fast, one can gather a plethora of bruises rather quickly. And, I have managed to do so. I have matching bruises on both thighs in the same place from our lovely new table. I got a couple of new bruises tonight when the power went out. Hahaha. Yeah, Christina should not try to walk when the power is out...without her glasses on. Word. Holla!

Approximately 24 hours ago, as I was getting out of the shower and drying off, I hit my right knee on the bathroom sink. It's one of those protruding stupid head sinks(Yes, that's the actual brand..Protruding Stupid Head or PSH for short). Anyway, it hurt a bunch.

But, here's the bestest "bruise" yet. I ate at IHOP earlier and as I was leaving I stood up very quickly and banged my head directly up into the dangling light/lamp thing which had to have been made of something very heavy. I have no friggin' idea why the damn light/lamp thing was hanging there in the first place. I know I can't be the first person to do this. Anyway my head hit that thing so hard that I thought it was going to fall. And EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the place heard and/or saw what happened. Holy crap, it was embarrassing. I was asked if I was ok, and I was all, "Yeah yeah yeah, I'm fine..." and got out of there as fast as possible. I was afraid that I might have gotten a slight concussion at first though because of how badly my head was throbbing and I was very nauseous for a few minutes. The nausea passed, but I ended up taking some Ibuprofen for my headache. Bright lights and loud noise...well anything louder than a whisper, still bother me though. Hopefully I am ok to sleep by now. So, off to dreamland I go.

Okies, I just "acquired" the most painful bruise. I mean I can barely move my leg. Anyway, I got up to turn on the tv so I could watch the Challenge and I ran into the rocking chair in here. Very hard. I hit the chair just below my right knee cap. Bleh. It hurts like whoa. Feels like someone is hammering it repeatedly. grrr.

Hah. I knew it wouldn't take too long. *sigh* Anyway, when I got up this...afternoon and sleepily stumbled around my bed, I hit my lower right shin on the metal part of my bed. This bruise came with a nice skin scrape as well. I always try to move faster than I should when I first wake up.

Well, here I am. I have a few bruises on my shins at the moment and one on my left thigh. The one on my left thigh is about the size of a dime and is at the green-yellow stage. Hopefully it will be gone in a week or so. My shins bruise very easily and when I do bump into stuff, the bruise-getting process is very painful shin-wise.

I really am tired of not remembering where my bruises come from. I think this journal, silly as it may seem, will be very helpful in the long run.
